Advice on "Role" questions...

I need some help on these..
I cannot seem to "Get them", I look for the conclusion (Author's voice), and I seem to be always wrong.. it's never usually the "Conclusion" right? It's always a statement or a sub conclusion?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I seem to miss every single one.
