Conditional Logic

Hi everybody, February LSAT crusher here (aiming to be),
So I'm trying to drill the concepts within conditional logic. So far, I've already read through the PS method and 7sage. 7sage has been much more useful to me in terms of understanding logic games. However, I thought I'd still reach out to see if anyone has any specific methods or tips to really nail the understanding of conditional logic. This includes sufficient and necessary conditions, either/or, unless and etc. How do you remember when the rule is irrelevant or vs when it's relevant and *triggers* to affect the game.
Thank you!
