oh, really? interesting.. well if you do then maybe you get them once everyone has received scores already. just an idea. if you don't get it by tomorrow though maybe call them and see what's up?

Yeah, I canceled my first exam and still received the PDF of the exam, so they definitely do make it available. I don't quite remember how soon it was released though.
