Of course they have the freedom to do it, but that doesn't mean they should. The annoying part is when analysts circle jerk over it. Bob Costas was insufferable enough before this weekend.
I like how the Cowboys just did it by kneeling before the anthem and locking arms during.

POLL UPDATE
I dropped liberal and conservative from the list because I feel like the options should cover most of the spectrum, whereas liberal and conservative labels just condense two or more into a broad category. I'm open to revisions in the next couple hours before a ton of votes come in . Something tells me this will up the shitposting count.

I wouldn't exactly consider myself a "socialist democrat" but I chose it because my political views are on the left of the spectrum but I'm also not a Marxist. All of the other options seem to be either right, moderate, or something that I'm not sure where to place on the political spectrum such as "anarchist".
I don't mean to criticize the poll because I love me some political convos but that's just why I think the socialist democrat group has such a majority.
I'm definitely not anti-capitalism but just more to the liberal side on economics/taxes and social issues such as immigration, gay rights etc.
