Bombed June Exam

Postby lupacexi » Wed Sep 13, 2017 12:19 pm

So, I took the June '17 test and I bombed it (163) relative to my PT average. I was averaging 170 on my PT's very consistently (168 lowest 172 highest). I also took all of the PT's under real test conditions: 5 sections, no extra time, no breaks between except for a 15 min on after sec. 3, used analog watch, the whole shebang. I felt fine on test day. I was a little nervous for the first section, but that was the experimental anyway. I did BR of the exam and only missed 3 total questions ( -1 RC, -0 LG, -1 LR1, -1 LR2). My question is where did I go wrong, and what can I fix heading into the Sept. exam?

Just a theory...was it because of the bubble sheet? Or maybe the 5-minute alert made you nervous?
