That's not really how it works. The Asia LSAT is different than the US LSAT, but the curve is preset and normalized so that theoretically someone taking the LSAT in Asia would do equally well on the US LSAT. They aren't two distinct curves that you can game.

The curves are different for the obvious reason that the tests questions are different. And because, as I've heard from other posts, the Asia test is likely to be a previously undisclosed Feb test and so the curve is predetermined according to how US students have performed.
Anyhow, the LSAT is not making any concession for ESL students.
