Answer Identification Process

Post by hcss11 » Mon Apr 10, 2017 8:44 pm

Hi, everyone. Thought I'd start another thread, this time asking: what process do you use to identify right answers automatically/split-second? In prep? In review? On the test? Would love to hear your answers!

Almost 100% intuition for questions that I get "automatically/split-second". For something like LG and certain LR question types, it's literally a matter of drilling and internalizing the patterns. I've seen a similar thing when studying chess tactics, after seeing certain patterns it just becomes intuitive. On some questions where there is greater potential for a trap, I'll usually also skim the other AC's to look for clear examples of why they are wrong.
