For two PTs/week I try to stick with this schedule albeit it usually doesn't workout perfectly. Youtube, Netflix, and video games are my worst enemy !
If I'm really ambitious I'll try to fit in three but that's borderline burnout for me.
M-F
7.5 hours for sleep
11 hours for full time work (8-5 + 2 hour transit)
1.5 hours for breakfast/dinner/shower
1.5 hours exercise
1.16 hours for 2 practice sections/day (rotate 2 days of practice sections with reviews)
1.34 hours (protection/procrastination/overtime/etc.)
Sat
1 practice test at noon or morning
Sun
Review practice test (however long it takes)

I don't think two full practice tests a week are necessary, but that depends on if you're willing to prolong your study schedule. I did a practice test every weekend for 6 months while drilling sections during the week (after 3 months of drilling and learning the test), and was able to pull a 20+ point increase.
