Miley Cyrus is the greatest artist of the 21st century. Discuss.
This may not seem relevant to the LSAT now, but, believe me, it is.

If we include her work as Hannah Montana, then I think there's an argument to be made. Just her work as Miley? No.Alexandros wrote:Miley Cyrus is the greatest artist of the 21st century. Discuss.

Although, she did date a VS model so I think she wins regardless.
ETA: In elementary school, we had an air-band competition. I was Hannah Montana. We won, and I still remember every word to her songs.

I'd put Britney over both tbh. Artist of the 21st century is clearly Beyoncé though

Apples and oranges m8. Hilary when you want to feel young and innocent, Britney when you want to feel adult and dirty.presidentspivey wrote:I'd put Britney over both tbh

Living the bachelor lifestyle, eh? One thing I'm happy about these days, is that I couldn't care less anymore about what people think of my music tates. Music snobs over the age of 18 deserve to be judged more.Alexandros wrote:Deep cleaning while blasting pop music at 4:30am is why I'm happy not having roommates anymore.

Can it really be underrated if it's one of Britney's biggest hits??Alexandros wrote:I agree.oopsu812 wrote:Living the bachelor lifestyle, eh? Also, Whine Up is a great throw-back song for grooving while cleaning. Tambourine too. As well as Promiscuous. God damn, I'm never going to bed now. I just want to dance.

Now I feel like I gotta go to school in a city big enough to have proper places to dance. I'm starting to warm up to NYC, I must admit. Don't want to end up there after LS, but surely living there for 3 years would be an absolute blast. Maybe not ideal for studying however.

Think I may have just blown a solid LOR. Prof hated my final paper and gave me a C on it. Still got a A in the class but she went in on this thing. It deserved it. Sigh.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you still had an A even after that, you must've done damn well in the class other than that.presidentspivey wrote:Think I may have just blown a solid LOR. But if you think it's a lost cause - You still have time to get a different LoR or take another class with the prof and make up for it.

My profs didnt give a flying fuck what I scored in their classes. They are the genuine types of professors that just want to see their students do well in life, and will basically go out of their way to help in whatever way possible. Highly recommendpresidentspivey wrote:Think I may have just blown a solid LOR. Prof hated my final paper and gave me a C on it. Still got a A in the class but she went in on this thing. I'm hoping my professors will lend a helping hand lol, I graduated in 2014 and I wasn't some super student, but I think a few profs liked me. I know if I taught at a college I'd throw LORs around like it was nothing.TWiiX wrote:My profs didnt give a flying fuck what I scored in their classes. Any idea if they want your LORs to be only from undergrad, and not from master's?
