Any idea if they want your LORs to be only from undergrad, and not from master's?

The 2 required academic LORs have to be undergrad (unless you're like 15+ years out or something, then there might be an exception?) You can have an additional/third LOR that's from a masters.

Is this really true? I was under the impression that they could be from anyone that you worked with academically. In my applications from this last cycle, I used an LOR from a master's professor.

Might vary depending on school. I'm going off of what Asha said, so that's the case for Yehlol at least.

I don't like white rappers. Idk. I'm white, I don't like them. I also think its telling that the three options so far are Miley Cyrus, Beyonce, and Eminem, and I'm having trouble thinking of a person I'd nominate. I don't think there's a standout in the 21st century yet, like a Prince or something.

I'm in the same boat more or less. If you want someone to proofread LOCIs or want a sample one, LMK. I think my UPenn one was quite strong. I think I had one thing that was a super nice touch, but I'll end up learning it's some nonsense that everyone does.

Think I may have just blown a solid LOR. Prof hated my final paper and gave me a C on it. Still got a A in the class but she went in on this thing. It deserved it. Sigh.

I totally misread this, and I was about to make some joke how that could possibly hurt your odds of someone writing an LOR. Hint: I read 'LOR. prof' as 'LOR prof' or professor that will write the LOR.
