I am going to apply is as soon as I get my test scores from the December Exam. Although It may not be likely, I may consider a retake.

I applied after the September test. I took it back in June, and didn't think I'd need to retake, but after getting waitlisted, I think it's the right thing to do.

I still haven't gotten the score. If I did as well as I think I did, the retake will not be necessary. Although, I am a realist more than an optimistic, so will make an honest assessment once I have all the data. Until then, I will chime in on the this thread.

What do you all think about the last ten LSAT's being released in book form before the June test? I won't need them until a month before, and I was wondering if anyone else was planning on waiting to see if they'll be released together.

Checking in. Originally took Sept 2016, cancelled my score as I felt very unprepared. That won't be the case for June 2017.

It just dawned on me that this test is in the afternoon, which means I can go to bed at 2:30am and still be well rested. Sweet.

ur an ppl who took both June and September, did you like the timing better in June? I think that I'll like it because I can get 10 hours of sleep, also no way I'll be tired at that time on a saturday

2 weeks before September, I started waking up before 8 and I thought I was going to die. Now I've been working mornings at this gym (430) and 8 isn't so bad but that stops soon, which means I can become normal again.

I found the difference in time had no effect on my score.

How long have you been studying? There's a couple old guard posters in this thread. I've been studying for over a year....starting to think I may be spinning my wheels.

Old Guard Mikey?

It will be a year for me in Feb. working on the mental game mostly, was actually PTing at the level where I was happy. 177+ or bust is my mindset right now.

Cold diagnostic 160. Ran out of time in RC and LG. Shooting for 170+.

Is 10 or more points in 6 months reasonable? Any recommendations for best online prep course to help with improving speed?

Wow I hate finals. Can't wait for Christmas break so I can do something a little less painful. Like studying for the LSAT.

Lol considering everything I've seen in my short time on TLS, I'd say 10 points in 6 months is pretty reasonable. Heck it'd still be reasonable with a 2 month time frame. I am a newbie of the highest order tho, so take everything I say with a giant tablespoon of salt. Also, most people I've seen here recommend trying self-study to improve yourself first before a prep course.

There is hope then I guess! I thought about the feb test, but baby number three will be here soon and with work... I have bought the powerscore bibles to get started, but running out of time on two sections has kind of freaked me out so now I'm thinking I may need a course.

I've just decided that I won't settle for an average of 177+ on my PT average for the last 15 PTs to June pretentious I know that way nothing phases me on test day.

Also, no more preworkout at night, I guess sleeping isn't going to happen tonight.
