Yea just, seriously. I think the majority of people who take Kaplan courses for the LSAT are not that informed.blackmamba8 wrote:Shit that's messed up. I'm glad the "pre law" society at my school aren't idiots and at least get guests from testmasters and not some TTT company lmao.

I'm pretty shocked at how many pre-law organizations use Kaplan as a resource, to be honest. I know many, however, are switching to Testmasters and other sources, slowly but surely.

Checking in!
I've promised myself that, over the next several months, the only message board I will post on (and allow myself to "procrastinate" on) will be this one.
The topics of discussion are not likely to be what movie is out this week or about a great new release on Netflix but whatever.

Well, study group threads go off topic sometimes. But for the most part, it's usually just LSAT or law school related stuff!demogorgon wrote:Checking in!

That'd get you two months rent at an above average place here. Midwest COL ftfw.dj9i27 wrote:blackmamba8 wrote:I told this girl I know who is taking the June LSAT not to take a Kaplan course... I've got a pretty high PT average, tell her my username and I'll do it for $1300; that is like a months rent.

Living alone is the shit haha. Roommates just aren't really my thing. When I'm looking up schools one of my top questions is whether I can live in a 1/1 without completelyyy breaking the bank lol.dj9i27 wrote:To be fair I don't start paying until January (moving) but it is in my college town in Florida, I went with a nice 1/1 because I got a better job and can study at nights like the reclusive hermit I am When to workout tho, I'm never giving that upblackmamba8 wrote:That'd get you two months rent at an above average place here. I looked what it would get me in Ann Arbor and then cried because of how much bigger the space was.

Have you checked out the Lawyer's Club at Michigan? It looks like it'd be pretty sweet but idk how I'd feel about paying so much for basically a dorm room when a place 3-4x as big off campus would cost the same.dj9i27 wrote:I actually hated living alone in college, but I need to have solitude since I'm working full time and studying for this godforsaken test.blackmamba8 wrote:Living alone is the shit haha. As for where I'll go I think I figured it out; NYC, Penn, Cambridge (LOL not happening), Chicago all roommates. Ann Arbor, Austin, Charlottesville 1/1

Re: The Official June 2017 Study Group
So what's everyone's plan for June 2017? Self study and then a class? When will you take the class? What class are you planning on taking? I want to use my upcoming winter break to start some light studying and planning everything out to the detail including reaching out to possible professors for a letter of recommendation and informing them that I will be contacting them again over the summer break if they agree to it.
I'm really having difficulty on what class to choose. Test Masters seems the way to go and I already have the three Power Score Bibles, also.
