Feeling really really good about how today went! I finished all 5 sections before the 5 minute warning was called so I had plenty of time.to go back and circle answers. I personally thought the 1-6, 7-12 game was really easy so I hope I didn't miss something
Overall, I am optimistic that I improved my score since June!

that was not experimental. But posting that much might be against LSAT rules, so I'd advise editing your post66hahaha wrote:I have 3 LR. don't know which is experimental. That f*%king mystery novel question. And for some reason the SAD question. I read the SAD question 5 times. Finished the section. Read it 5 times again. I don't know what I was missing. It came so early in the section that it must have been easier than I was making it out to be

Re: February 2017 LSAT Thread
I thought I had submitted this post, but I guess not (or it got deleted).
I felt really good about this test. So, I either did great (at/above target) or horribly aka they got me on traps.
I had an experimental LG section. My test order was: LG, LR, RC, LG, LR.
One LG section seemed a lot easier than other. There was one passage on RC where I started to glaze over (a comparative reading passage). LR-nothing stood out to me.
I had no issues with time. I finished my first LG section right when they called 5mins. The rest of the sections, I had at least 2-3 mins to spare.

Wow I feel completely differently. Panicked on September big time and had to guess on at least three or four, thought this one was very manageable.chargers21 wrote:I took september. Can't imagine it being 13. I pray to the heavens it is, but I don't think so. Then again, I don't know what's typical of 102 question exams.etramak wrote:Powerscore LSAT guy predicting a -12 or -13 curve. But noone here is really freaking out like people were in Sept about lacquer...

Re: February 2017 LSAT Thread
I did some investigating. Looks like you have to go back to PT 62 for a 102 question test. Was a -13 curve, but it had a fairly difficult RC and LG.Susurrus wrote:Can't imagine it being 13. -12 to me would indicate the test is a bit more difficult than average but it's hard to say since this test had an "extra" question. Imo both LR sections had a few difficult questions but nothing out of the ordinary.kryptik wrote:is that smaller or larger than normal?etramak wrote:Powerscore LSAT guy predicting a -12 or -13 curve. I found one of the passages in RC to be a bit on the difficult side.
LG was pretty straightforward, except circle game got to me a bit. I always go -0 (lowest)/-2(highest) on LG. I definitely got more than 2 wrong.
I thought LR was fine.
Which one was experimental? do you know?

Re: February 2017 LSAT Thread
The real section had a passage about bees (actually, the waggle dance made an appearance on a preptest from a few years ago, but in a comparative preptest.)AJordan wrote:Went: RC/LR/RC/LR/LG. My first RC section seemed to be pulled together from (per 7sage) a 3star, a 4star, and two 5stars. I felt it was hard af and I admittedly struggled, especially in the comparative reading passage. When I turned to section 3 and saw RC again I let out a massive sigh of relief. It was much more along the lines of easy, medium, medium, hard imo and felt more naturally like the RC sections in the previous 80+ exams I've taken.
Though now I'm kind of halfway hoping that the first one was the real one because that means everyone else was just as fucked.
I had RC/LR/RC/LG/LR
My experimental's hard passage was about plate tectonics. The first passage was something about the constitution and it seemed abnormally hard for a first passage.

Re: February 2017 LSAT Thread
Forgot to mention my experimental section was LR. My test was LR, RC, LR, LR, LG. The first LR was definitely the easiest, so I hope it wasn't experimental! haha but I really felt mostly fine about all of them.
Scores come out in approximately 3 weeks correct? There's not some special timeline (miracle) that means Feb scores come out in just one week?
I think I recognize both of those questions but can't for the life of me remember specifics or if I thought they were easy or hard Either way, even if you got those two wrong (unlikely), you probably still did AMAZINGLY on the test overalletramak wrote:That f*%king mystery novel question.
