THIS. I think they feed off of our weaknesses when we share them in these threads. In that case, I suck at sequencing games so please don't give me 4 of those.R. Jeeves wrote: Maybe LSAC even reads the study group threads to see what we're predicting and adjusts accordingly to screw us.

I might be crazy but just to offer a contrarian perspective, since we are all, essentially, competing with each other, I don't think I would mind a random game because I think that will mess up more people up and lead to a better curve. I would think that you guys here are as prepared as anyone for it, so it can only help...Keilz wrote:I'm thinking it'll be a normal but long LG sectiOn. They just did a weird one in 77, don't think it's likely they'll put a weird one in 78. The last weird one before that was 72. All the rest in between were normal. At this point, this is the only thing I'm afraid of.

Good luck tomorrow, everyone!
Almost everyone gets nervous for the first few minutes, if it happens just remember you have seen this all before and all of the hard work really does pay off. Stay calm and focused my friends and better you in there than me !

So guys, seriously, one of the major things I can offer by way of advice for test day is to have the right attitude and mindset. I won't get all philosophical and shit, but basically those things (attitude/mindset) will have an actual effect on how your test will go. It is not very often - if ever - that someone does something great while also not believing in themselves. For my test days, I made a conscious effort to "be" the following: Confident, relaxed, focused, motivated and deliberate. Pick your own things, of course, but the idea is to have it so that you are "in the zone" throughout the test. Pick things that you know you are capable of being, and choose and KNOW that you will be them during the test. Believe in yourselves and you will do/be great!

Re: The Official June 2016 Study Group
Although I'm prepared as I ever will be for the rest of the test, the pattern game is one part where I'm not prepared, because there have been so few. I'm so used to my methods that pattern games take me a long time and my mind starts to go into panic mode.CPA-->JD wrote:I might be crazy but just to offer a contrarian perspective, since we are all, essentially, competing with each other, I don't think I would mind a random game because I think that will mess up more people up and lead to a better curve.
