Applying to work for testmasters - Looking for Advice

Hi,
I'm eligible to apply to work with Testmasters, and I was wondering if anyone who has applied or works with TM could tell me about their application process. Standard resume and cover letter? If you want to teach for the June LSAT when should you apply by? Thanks!!
