I have a few questions regarding international arbitration. It’s a practice area I am quite interested in, however my main concern is the apparent lack of exit options. So:

Are there exit options for attorneys in international arbitration, and what are they (and how much $)?

Is it feasible/likely to stay in big law doing int arb long term? How does the quality of life compare to corporate? Is it possible to get an of counsel position?

And is it possible to transfer/lateral to London after a couple of years in NY or DC?
