That sounds incredibly boring.mari wrote:Much better, I think, to find a lower heel, sensible style, NOT pointy-toe, NOT slingback or open toe. My opinion, make sure your shoes do not distract you or anyone else from what you are saying and hearing. Consider what you might have to walk through in the parking lot or on the way from the subway.
<--- as a last resort
But only if the suit is very well tailored and conservatively hot.

SON-JAH!!! My most lovely of freshman roomies!! Do you remember the time you guys blew up that giant 50 cent poster and taped it to the floor in our dorm for my b-day?!?! Fantastic ... I'd give anything for a present like that this year =) Congrats on how well your cycle is going!! I may be barging in on you sometime next year to visit schoolssrb wrote:T-BONE!!!!!!missvik218 wrote:Tan or Nude would probably look best, better in warmer weather climates but can be pulled off pretty much anywhere. Black is fine with navy, but don't go brown.

Re: Blue suit...what color shoes?
At my dad's wedding I had a Navy suit and Black shoes. Worked ok then, but I think I'd go with the dark brown in the future. The Navy was close to black but they just didn't mesh well to me...

Tan or Black shoes work. It really comes down to 1) your belt color 2) the color combo of your shirt/tie.
