Do I Need to Take Evidence?

Post by TampaTwo37 » Thu Oct 05, 2017 9:43 pm

Have one semester left- and it seems the time evidence is being offered will not work for me.

Am I screwing myself by not taking evidence for the bar? (Prob doing Barbri review- will it be enough?) I'm going into M&A at a biglaw firm next year- not sure if evidence knowledge will help there either. Thanks! :D

Evidence is hard to learn in the compressed timeline of bar review but it's unlikely to determine if you pass or not. I wouldn't worry about it too much. You will never think about evidence ever again doing M&A.
