So my situation is bit complicated. After high school graduation, I went to my 1st community college where I did not do so well (gpa was ~2.9). So I decided to start over at my 2nd community college (gpa was 4.0). I transferred to my current university from my 2nd community college using only my 2nd community college transcript. (I did not tell my 2nd community college that I went to 1st community college, so my 2nd community college does not have any record of me attending 1st community college). However, my questions are:
1) When I apply for law school, do I need to include both my 1st and 2nd community college transcript?
2) If I do not include 1st community college, and say that I was accepted to law school and graduate, will this come back later and bite my ass when I take the bar?
3) Lastly, if I include my 1st community college, what will happen to my current university? Will they get notified about me not including 1st community college transcript?
Thank you in advance.

You have to give LSAC all your transcripts. They will all count.

Yes, you have to.
And don't even entertain the thought of "getting away with it". Even if LSAC or your prospective law schools don't notice, the state bar certainly will and you won't pass based on C&F issues due to dishonesty.
Imagine going to law school for three years, taking on debt/paying all that cash & then not being able actually be a lawyer because you lied.

1) Yes.
2) Yes.
3) No idea, but you probably shouldn't have lied on your application(s).

No, your university is not going to get any notification about your transcripts
