I can't log in to my LSN account while using Chrome, but it works in Firefox. When I try to log in via Chrome a red box displays:

There is a problem with your browser sessions. Please empty your cache and reload the page. For instruction on how to empty your cache: WikiHow.

I emptied my cache and reset my browser and it still didn't work (also reset my computer). Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?

Don't use Chrome.

It's actually an account issue that occurs when you log in on another browser/computer and don't log out. If you know which computer that is, log out from there. If not, you might have to contact LSN or something.

LSN doesn't work with Chrome or Firefox on my computer, but I've got a Mac. Works fine in Safari and on my work PC that runs Chrome.

The website may just be incompatible with certain browsers.

I don't think it's just incompatible though because it used to work.

yeah i'm having this problem with firefox. it's not your browser. it's probably what tmon said. at least I think it was tmon bc I remember the pic of the lion king character and I'm too lazy to scroll up.

I've been having the same problem on my work computer, which uses IE. I don't think I'm signed in at home, but I'll check later.

Works fine on my Chrome.

Mine has sometimes not worked with Firefox, but usually goes back to working. Always has worked with Internet Explorer.
