Really wanted to be in politics, did a lot of work on the campaign trail for different local and national figures in undergrad. Was not anything like I thought it would be.

I wanted to be the world's greatest Pokemon master. I wanted to be the very best, like no one ever was.

That didn't work out, so this seemed a logical alternative.

I used to work at a hotel while I was in UG, it was right next to the city's convention center, and whenever the Magic tournament came into town, it was pretty wild lol. It was almost like a real sporting event; people everywhere, super hot promo girls, huge nerds instead of athletes. Seems like a really good time haha.

Big tournaments/ regionals were some of my favorite times! I was a pretty big nerd and played until I was about 18 and started college. Luckily I don't think anyone aside from a few close friends knew I played in high school

I was so intent on going pro with Magic. My mom literally forbade me from competing in tournaments because she was afraid I'd become a loser.

I'd devote myself to writing if I wasn't so afraid of poverty. Hopefully I'll sell my (yet to be written

) book early in my litigation career so I can spend the rest of my days sitting in southern Spain sipping sangria and writing short stories.
