You talk to the fin aid office for the schools you have been accepted at and explain the situation and ask what they need from you. Most of the time you just have to put the situation in writing and they'll exempt you from providing that info. Worse case you may have to get some documentation from an outside source verifying the situation. Just talk to the fin aid folks early in case you need time to jump through some hoops.

Believe it or not, this is not that unusual a situation.
