omg law school is starting - they just sent cases to read in anticipation of the mock classes at ASW  I'm totally going to immigration law it'll be so cool to finally learn it from a lawyer's perspective

Neither do I lol! I also didn't realize this would be a real interactive class, but I guess it will be since we need to read the cases!

Same I was surprised! Civil remedies sounds interesting - from google: Civil remedies are procedures and sanctions, specified by civil statutes
and regulations, used to prevent or reduce criminal problems and
incivilities. Civil remedies generally aim to persuade or coerce nonoffending
third parties to take responsibility and action to prevent or
end criminal or nuisance behavior.

I fly out of SFO Saturday at midnight so I'll be there pretty late. I'm in for a TLS meetup if someone wants to take the initiative to coordinate one :)

We successfully pulled one off at Columbia! I'd be down for one at Berkeley :) and I'm happy to coordinate if no one else wants to!

Alright y'all I checked the schedule and it looks like the last event on Friday is the activities fair from 4:15 to 5:15 (no dinner).

How does a 5:30pm Friday TLS happy hour sound? If anyone is interested, PM me your number! Or we can just set a place to meet if people would prefer!

+1. Cancelled my RSVP for ASW, holding out for a late March miracle otherwise I'll go with the $$$ elsewhere.

What, do you think we're likely not getting anything if we haven't heard yet?

I'm thinking that even if we second-rounders get anything, it won't be remotely competitive with other T13 offers.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
