Edit: Tuesday, August 4th for c/o 2018.

I guess you find out society at that point. Societies don't really mean anything tbh. You might still have to wait on your small section assignment, which is LRW, and your one small class. I assume they still do 2 big classes, 1 small class, and 1 LRW class for your first semester of 1L.

As for working out, either Gregory or The Rec. They're both south of the law school, about 5 minutes walking between then, and maybe 10 minutes walk from the law school. I forgot which one people prefer, but there seems to be a preference based on how crowded they are.

Gregory is bigger and has more people. I worked out at the rec, until I started using my apartment and work gym. I've also heard there is a gym in the stadium where there is practically no one, but I've never been.

Just a heads up, If you haven't sent in your LOI yet, it might be worth reaching out for more money. They had some withdrawals and a little money opened back up.

Yeah, I got the same 2K increase. They reached out to me asking why I haven't sent the LOI in yet, and I told them because I just got into Vandy with comparable money so they bumped me 2K a year. They've already bumped me before, too, so even if you've already sent a negotiation form in earlier, I'd still reach out.

Does anyone have the address to where you have to send transcripts?

On the FB page someone posted a picture of a letter with the address, but when I choose UT in the delivery service my undergrad is using to send transcripts it has a different PO box. I can't change it.

I asked office of admissions and they gave me the right address, but this stupid delivery service won't let me manually type out the whole address. Now I have to go pick up the transcript at the campus and pay $22.50 for "rush processing" so I can write the address on the envelope :x

I submitted the form a few days before first deposit and was told that my scholarship couldn't be increased at the time, got the 2k/year out of the blue on 5/11. There's still hope for a little extra $$$!

I think someone may have talked about this earlier, but I can't seem to find it...What do law students usually do for football tickets?

Get The Big Ticket for $175 (do it early for good seats / seats next to your friends), or wait for people to post in the facebook group about selling their tickets.

I did The Big Ticket my 3L year and have no regrets.

Most realtors I know don't do work as apartment locators, and leave that to the firms that explicitly advertise those services (Some of those who don't do apartment locating will do house leases, but generally only when there's an MLS listing). And IME apartment locators are fairly useless. The apartment complexes that are willing to work with them are the ones that can't otherwise fill up on their own. Since you're gonna be in town anyway, I recommend a combo of craigslist and driving the north campus/hyde park/cherrywood area looking for signs.

My 1L year we did it as a section which was pretty cool, but law students aren't really that into the games.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
