does anyone know if HLS offers guided tours outside of AWDs?

looking at places in Beacon soon. I want to live somewhere that has good restaurants and bars yet the neighborhood isn't packed with Harvard UG/Grad people all the time. Willing to pay for the convenience, hence Beacon/Back Bay/Jamaica Plain

They do! On the admitted students' websites there's a place to set up an individual visit, which involves a tour and some other informational activities, I believe.

Nope.

I assume they're busy with ASW and we'll get them sometime early next week. Or at least I hope so. I'd like access to the admitted students pages and want to get my fin aid app filled out as soon as possible.

I asked Jessica Soban to sign my water bottle at ASW because she's so famous. The office got a huge kick out of it and she told me they'll never let her live it down. I think that's the best celebrity encounter I'll ever have

So I'm going to the April ASW and I'll be in town early enough to do the Diversity Day on Saturday, but the registration page is asking me which affinity group I want to have lunch with and since I'm a white male I don't know which to choose... Can I just have lunch with whomever?

Just got the email to activate the harvard email system. Trying to claim my harvardkey and failing. Anyone else also struggling?

Same! Keep getting an error, gonna try again later then send a panicked email when it fails to work again.

It seems that there is a little bit of a lag, at least with the havardkey, first it didnt work then it did, i also emailed IT though so not sure.

Currently unable to login to the email.... wondering if its the same issue of time lag... will try again soon

Mine just worked! Definitely a lag.

In other news, the response to my earlier email to the IT department was rerouted to my HLS email address...that I couldn't access because of the error...

Glad to see that even at a school like Harvard there are IT problems.
