you have to participate to get the inside jokes, and there are less than there used to be. discussion is at least topic adjacent the majority of the time. it helps to thing of the lounge as fluid where stuff spills over from thread to thread. a good way to start is to hop in an OT thread like sports or fitness then branch out from there

There were definitely some TLSers at Duke's ASW. You can really pick out who surfs the boards at least by the lingo they use.

I loved it. I went there with zero intention of attending the school, but it's now kind of my 1B. Still have to visit two more schools, but WashU has kind of thrown everything into flux for me because I came away seriously considering it.

lol. We have a reputation of being elitist and snobby and I guess some of us don't want people to know at ASWs that they are a TLSer because it might give them a bad image/first impression. On /r/lawschooladmissions you see some comments on there of people talking about TLS like it's a bad thing. I commented that I go on TLS and I got downvoted lol.
