Is anyone else relentlessly checking to see if they've posted any kind of schedule or section selection on their One.UF account? Yeah...me either.

It kind of blows my mind that insurance isn't accounted for in the COA. Even for a single person it's $1800/year. For a family it's closer to $5600/yr. That seems like something that would be included since you MUST have it and cannot attend without some sort of health insurance. Also, the gov't suddenly stops caring that you're broke when you check that magic "student" block in any form they want you to fill out.

I think it's because not everyone needs to buy insurance. For example, they might be on their parent's or spouse's insurance. I remember for undergrad I contacted the financial aid office and they increased my COA to include it. Have you tried contacting Victoria Houghton?

Yes, I talked to her, she said they would increase the COA for me, I'm just kinda surprised that it's not default. Also, I found out that if you get the annual family plan, they want all the money up front. So, for those of you planning on putting your family on the annual plan, just know you got to come up with $5600 before the semester starts.

I feel like I've failed you all as OP.

Also, where are all the people who keep voting?! Talk to us, lurkers

Nah, you doing aight.

Also, section 1. Section 3 starts at 0830 on Tues/Weds and then doesn't leave on Monday until after 4:50. Section three also has a chance to stay until 3:10 on Friday, where it looks like the rest of the sections only have class until 10:50 on Friday. It's both the earliest and latest I can find on the schedule. In fact the rest of the school looks like it pretty well closes shop on Friday after lunch. Otherwise it appears to be 9-4:15 or so.

I may or may not have checked every single possible way to tell if I've been assigned a section with no dice.

I'll die if I'm in section 3. Fridays are pretty much torture on that schedule. Especially since there's such a huge gap between classes. I'd be okay with section 2, but section 1 is definitely ideal.

I can't believe they're gonna make us wait until July. Ugh.

Yeah, that doesn't look like a lot of fun. It would almost certainly have you studying/outlining/briefing all day Friday. I wonder how they pick sections, is it pure RNGesus or LSAT or when you put your deposit down?

I've done the same thing. It makes me all the more excited to know I'm not the only one!

I think it depends on whether you get assigned A or B for Contracts and Conlaw. You could possibly get 5 classes on Weds if the fates played against you.

IDK who voted for S3, but I suppose some positives would be that you're at the school early with lots of time to study in between.

The one from Noemar? Yeah, I got it yesterday. Any of you gonna do it?

I'm passing on it, but only because I already contracted with another company to do a pre-law class. Plus you have to apply for the scholarship etc.
