Thanks for making this thread! I'm living by myself this first year. Just an FYI for everyone but I spoke to several upperclassmen who said that most of the good places are leased by Feb-March so starting to look for a place in April is almost too late.

I am actually setting up appointments next week to look at apartments! My first time going to Iowa! Maybe I will get to see some of you for the open house next week!
