That's for Monday I think.
Nope, today. You're thinking of the ropes course.
Oh, I assumed "Everest simulation thing" meant ropes course. What's Tycho referring to?

The teamwork simulation that requires a laptop. You should have received an email about it last night.

Dumb question: What are you all doing if you have readings from two or more casebooks on the same day? Bringing even one of these books to campus is going to be a huge pain in the ass. Two seems out of the question, but I assume that we'll need the reading in front of us during class discussion.

You have options:
(a) do the readings at school and keep the books in your book locker. Obviously, you'll be doing most/all of you studying on campus if you choose this option.
(b) do 1-2 readings at school and store those books in your book locker. Do the rest at home and then lug those books to school everyday.
(c) suck it up and bring all your textbooks to school each day.

That's so not a dumb question.

I'm planning on using my book locker to store my books, so I'll just have to haul them from my book locker to class. Were you planning on studying at home?

This should work. Totally forgot about the locker, thanks guys. And yeah I was planning on doing most of my reading at home, since I live relatively far from campus.

Additionally, if you have a car, you can always drive your books to the law school after 5 pm the night before a day with numerous classes and drop your books off in your locker then. It saves you from having to carry them on your walk or bus ride to school if either of those are your typical mode of transportation during school days.

This is what I did 2L and it was a huge life saver. I definitely would have done this as a 1L if I had brought up my car at that time.

After 5 pm there are several spots in the lot directly behind the law school that are free and usually available.

I am pretty sure those spots are also free on weekends. Just be careful with the signage though, because many of the spots always require a permit.

I bought the wrong book for Civ Pro. It's supposed to be the concise eleventh edition, and I have the standard. I may try to correct this but right now the bookstore is sold out of the concise, and Amazon says it'll take "2-5 weeks to deliver," which lol. Hoping it won't matter too much since it's still the 11th ed.

im pretty sure the page numbers should still be the same. I think the standard book just has like 4-5 more chapters in it. I would wait and see.

So sections B C and D don't have to show up until 10:15 tomorrow? And the others show up at 9? That doesn't seem right, can anyone clarify?

The others get a 45 min break after their session.

Doesn't make much of a difference, but the physical schedule that was handed out says 10:30. I wasn't sure who to email that would respond in time to address this inconsistency, so I just went with Chenay Weyble of Academic Support because I had prior correspondence with her. I believe that the correct time is 10:30 because the other sections have a 1hr and 15 minute time slot, whereas the 10:15 start would be a 1hr and 30 minute time slot.

Either way, see you guys around 10:15/10:30.

Enter the library from the door in the Commons and turn right.
