I heard differently from a couple of people on law review and the student handbook on the intranet says write on scores go first. Now that could be incorrect, but that's what I've seen and heard

Maybe that is right. It's been a bit since I went through the process...

Edit: now that I think about it, I remember that being the case and that it was odd they essentially preferred gpa's over good write-on scores, the latter being more important for being on a journal.
