anyone know whats up with Bilz's crim having no assigned textbook?

Edit: in spring 2015 when she taught crim she used a unreleased casebook, which I presume will occur for this semester.

Glad you all relieved your section assignments. If you have any questions about classes or profs, I'll answer if I can.

Jacqueline Ross for Crim?
I've heard mixed things so I'm unsure as to what I should expect (well, that goes for most of my professors, but especially for her class).
Thanks!

You're in very good hands with Healey and Anderson. For Healey I would just say that he is very relaxed in his teaching style, but that shouldn't be an excuse for you to go on Facebook all the time. Don't let his relaxed manner cause you to take it less seriously. For Anderson I would say the best advice possible is to take advantage of his office hours. The best students, with some exceptions, would stop by to talk to him multiple times for each assignment.

Meh. Didn't have her, but friends said she's pretty rough. Apparently there's a crim supplement in the library where she gets all her hypos.

Tabb is fucking awesome. Super smart, very straightforward. Winship and Wexler are both fine. Didn't have either Moritz or Simmons, but didn't hear anything bad.

we just lost one of our most esteemed profs to richmond .. kurt lash. since last year that makes bruce smith (denver as dean), melissa wasserman (to texas), and david hyman (to georgetown, but this maybe a dual appointment?), and now lash.

Hey everyone. I don't know if anyone here is a big fantasy football player, but I am. I find that it's a great way to bond over harmless competition. I set up a free league for any fellow 1Ls that would like to join. Based on how many people watched Josh's chat, I would assume there are a few football fans here.

Are you guys renting books/getting used books/or buying new??

I noticed for some of the books on Amazon, if you rent/get used, it says "access codes and supplements not guaranteed." Does this matter? Will we end up getting other brand supplements anyway?
