yeah I regret not making myself suffer enough, 27 credits left for next year, although thankfully 12 will be in the form of a clinicunsweetened wrote:human beings are not always rational choice actors.Hand wrote:how on earth was that not obvious or as the court might say, "stupid on its face"unsweetened wrote:So what have we learned? the motivation was suffer now and make 3L as cushy as possible. Only 23 credit hours left to graduate when I'm done with exams, and 10 of those are going to be clinical hours. Telling myself that it's going to be worth it.

Scaliaisms would've gotten you 5 out of infinity points on this exam. Idiosyncratic would be putting it mildly. Also, I double checked the P/F grade requirement because I have one of those tomorrow. It is a C. Enjoy you P or A, Hand.Hand wrote:I mean that requires that I have knowledge of Scaliaisms so that I can put them on a paperDr. Nefario wrote:Step 1: add every possible Scaliaism to a sheet of paperHikikomorist wrote:I guarantee you pass. Thankfully taking this pass/fail, but I currently probably don't know enough to pass, despite this being law school. Not sure how to remedy this situation.
Step 2: take said piece of paper to exam
Step 3: write every Scaliaism somewhere on your exam
Step 4: B+

Yes. I only double checked it now. I have the memory of a stoned goldfish. Combine that with an active imagination, and you have a recipe for disaster.
