I like know where to find the syllabus that counts right?
Have yet to read for a class before the class starts.
10 person seminars are such a bad plan for 3L
Taking a class that requires submitting two discussion questions about the readings beforehand might have been an even worse plan

10 person seminar = no curve = easy A? That was my plan.

This seminar is part of a clinic so not even an easy A given how our clinics are graded plus there's no alternative but to participate, which requires at least some amount of preparation

That thought occurs to me at least once a day. It's basically a multi-year vacation.

I also liked eating at high-end restaurants and attending Broadway shows.

Broadway shows are fucking terrible but you do you hikko
I do like fancy restaurants but having to go with your boss or co-workers takes a good deal of the fun out of it

I see the "necessity" of the dining & social events to determine ability to act normal, but they were not the source of my enjoyment. I liked the work. So Hand, I will keep you updated with my enjoyment level month by month. (I've set a calendar reminder starting in August.) Does a 1-10 scale work for you, or do you have a more granular measurement in mind?

Bolded read in Gob Bluth's voice.
Is the recognition report also scaled to 100?

I'll never get big law salary, never in the cards but I enjoy what I'm doing in court.

Not a scaled exercise; I am expecting something closer to a narrative detailing the developments. Better yet, make it a memo.

Do you have local rules for your memos? If not, expect crayon (likely red) in ~45 font.

Local rules are set out in a 78-page memo that you will have to locate on your own in the deepest backwaters of the GULC website. Note that the memo in question of course fail to follow the rules it sets out.
