Never gone to bar review. Torts is fine, Civ Pro is mostly ok, no fucking clue what's going on in Contracts. Seemed to have lucked out with LP, minimal efforts seem entirely sufficient. Biggest problem remains the humid air in DC. And all the goddamn mosquitoes.

Civ Pro at 9 AM is somewhat prohibitive towards bar review, especially taking "full advantage" of it.

Basically this, minus mosquitoes. I haven't seen a single mosquito, hand. girl you cray.

Actually I like contracts as much as Civ Pro. Torts is great. LRW is chill AF. I really like the people in my section. Don't understand the appeal of Bar Review.
I literally got bitten right when I wrote that post. Suckiguy can confirm.

So is there any chance we get grades before the 15th?

Pretty sure they explicitly told us when they come out JFC
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, first-year grades will be released as a group (i.e. all sections of Con Law I) to first-year students starting on Wednesday, January 20, 2016.

Hi guys.

I just emailed my commitment form to transfer to GULC.

My first question is: What are the housing options around? The dorm apparently has a waitling list a mile long so I am looking for an apartment building that will accept financial aid in lieu of proof of income. That said, I am willing to pay about 2000 (a little more if it's an utilities included place) a month.

Thank you!

i assume most places will take finaid, but dc is a big city so you're going to have to be a little more specific with what you're looking for here, close to campus? close to fun stuff? cheapest possible? cheapest within 20 minute commute?

there's tons of huge buildings around, craigslist and padmapper. i used http://www.rentalsgonewild.com/ who sent up a ton of showings for me and just picked the cheapest one they showed me

As close to GULC campus as possible, in the direction of Chinatown/Capitol if more than 10 minute walk away.

I am willing to pay a premium for a nicer building but 2500 a month (including utilities and internet) is really the upper end of my budget.

Location>Modernity>>>price (as long as it's under a threshold)

How about the Meridian?

I can't physically visit so I am inclined to deal with a company I have seat with before.

Also I should mention I don't have a drivers license.
