Waiving into NY from DC straight from law school?
So I'm applying for jobs in NY and DC, and I am registered for the DC bar. Is it possible to waive in from DC to NY without any prior practice, coming straight from law school? If I can't simply waive, can I transfer my DC bar score to NY?

You can transfer your DC UBE score to NY. You cannot "waive" in to NY without any prior practice.Anonymous User wrote:So I'm applying for jobs in NY and DC, and I am registered for the DC bar.
