Is AdaptiBar necessary? (taking Barbri attorney's course)

Post by caitlin1016 » Tue Apr 09, 2019 7:31 pm

I am just wondering for some feedback on the California bar exam...I'm signed up for the Barbri Attorney's Course; I'm taking the two-day exam because I haven't been licensed for enough time for the one day. I'm a licensed attorney in IL and I passed the bar about two years ago on the first try. I'm taking the California exam in July. I'm wondering if anyone has feedback on whether the Barbri Attorney's Course should be adequate enough, or if I should also consider signing up for AdaptiBar? I have the critical pass flashcards also that I plan on using; I think those really helped me before with the IL bar exam. Any feedback is much appreciated! Thanks!

I couldn't go as far as to say it's necessary since I know people who have passed the exam without it. But it's a very helpful program; if I were studying for the exam I'd use it, and I'd recommend not using it only if after looking over the material you've received you feel that you won't need any additional practice questions.
