Re: Texas UBE transfer
Bump. Also looking for this info. For other states that have adopted the UBE, do they typically accept UBE transfers before administering the exam (aka prior to Feb 2021)?
I’ve taken (and passed) the UBE and would prefer to transfer my score in but if I can’t transfer it until February 2021 then I’ll have to take the bar exam again.

Re: Texas UBE transfer
For those who care, I found a few answers.
See: https://ble.texas.gov/ube_faqs
Looks like we can anticipate a 270 being the score threshold and either a December 2019 or July 2020 transfer date.

The latest is that the score will be 270 and even though the UBE will not be administered until 2022, UBE scores will be accepted for transfer to Texas beginning in December of this year to get admitted to practice law in Texas.

Re: Texas UBE transfer
Can confirm that 270 will be a passing UBE score in Texas, per the Board of Law Examiners website. Their site says they will begin accepting transfers on December 1, 2019.
