Admission by Motion -- MA
New to this board so apologies if this post is in the wrong place, but wanted to see if anyone in the community has waived into the MA bar by motion, and, if so, how long that process took from start to finish? Thanks.

Re: Admission by Motion -- MA
My husband did this in 2016. The whole process took a few months and was fairly straightforward. He was licensed in Mississippi. Just send them your stuff.
One thing I'll note, is that they require you to take a law practice management class no matter how many years you've been in practice. He's had his own practice for 10 years and he still had to go to Boston and take the class.
