Attorney -Applicants February 2019

Post by maureenwct » Sun Dec 16, 2018 11:41 pm

Hello,

I am obviously one of the above, and wondered if there is anyone else here. I have been in general practice for many years and wonder if anyone has specific advice tailored to attorney applicants. I find that I cut to the answer quickly on the essays - often dismissing issues that feel like too much of a stretch, particularly in Evidence. My answers are also not written in IRAC format - trying to change that, but many years of practice just mean my text has a more succinct voice.

Good luck to all taking the exam!
