NY 3rd Dept - Processing Time?
Got an e-mail confirming receipt of my application the day it was delivered to them (Oct 29), but haven't heard anything since. Does anyone have any idea how long it takes to get an e-mail with a call ceremony date? Has anyone received an e-mail with a call ceremony date yet?

Mine was received on Oct 31, also no update since then. Called 3rd department, and they say the volume is huge and they cannot provide an estimate.

Does anyone know the correct way to indicate breaks of employment on the Law-Related Employment affidavits for the bar application?
I worked for an attorney during the summers/winter breaks throughout college and am not sure how I should tell my previous employer how to articulate this on the affidavit.

Just got an e-mail scheduling my interview for Jan 17th. So it looks like the processing time is around 3 weeks. I hope everyone hears back soon!

My interview is the day before. Is there cause for concern?aquagold11 wrote:Just got an e-mail scheduling my interview for Jan 17th. So it looks like the processing time is around 3 weeks. I hope everyone hears back soon!

I wouldn't be too concerned...unless there is something on your application that would raise questions. The interviews are typically 5 minutes long. They have a ton of people to get through on those couple of days, so it's likely they are just allocating the time as best they can.sunnys1d3up33 wrote:My interview is the day before. Hi.
My application was received October 30th. I still have not heard anything other than an automated email saying my application was received. Should I be worried or give them a call since my 3 weeks is up tomorrow?

I'd probably wait to see if they reach out to you tomrrow first. I don't think there's anything to be worried about, they probably just haven't gotten to yours yet!lcm16 wrote:Hi.

No. I ended up calling them yesterday and they said they haven’t even looked at my application yet but they are aiming to have all the applications currently in go to the January swearing in

I received my interview for the morning of the 17th and swearing in that afternoon. I guess they are running about 4 weeks processing time it seems.

It's a PDF that you received in the e-mail from BOLE with your results.

Has anyone else been scheduled for January admission? If so, when did the 3d department confirm receipt of your application? What day is your interview?
