The UBE exam has reached the tipping point. With Ohio, there will be more examinees taking the UBE than not taking the UBE. From 1995-2014, 1,502,747 took the bar exam with 53% coming from the 33 current or future UBE jurisdictions. Texas should be next - I have yet to see a state reject the UBE after its advisory committee endorses it.
