My examplify says it needs to update and won't launch.

Anyone else having this problem?

Just checked, mine is working fine

Mine is working too. Try uninstalling/deleting and reinstalling from scratch from teh website.

Don't do that. Call examplify. I'm pretty sure when I was downloading the program, it said something about "make sure this is the computer you're gonna use because you can only download examplify once"

Yeah, I gave them a call.

Apparently it's a known bug.

They had me remove a file.

Also, the program is now at version 1.6 but when I downloaded it was 1.5

weird, I just certified the laptop a couple of days ago (redownloaded the latest version) and it's still 1.5.4.
