Barbri MBE Simulation v. Real Thing
For those that have taken the bar, was it easier than the Barbri MBE 200-Question test? Substantially? Noticeably?

Re: Barbri MBE Simulation v. Real Thing
I think the barbri questions are slightly more difficult but not because the questions are more clever than the ones you'll see on the MBE. The reason is because no bar prep company has to ensure the quality of the questions to the same extent as the NCBE does for the actual exam. So there will be questions on practice exams that arguably have more than one correct answer though the book's answer explanation will pretend as if only one answer is reasonable. On the MBE there will be one correct answer and 3 answers that are provably incorrect.
