I'm still doing interactive. There are a couple WTF type questions that pop up and I like to use the flash card function for these, just copy and paste whatever obscure rule or exception there is to the main rule so I can review before the next set

I have done almost everysingle one up to this point in interactive mode. Prob should be doing them in test mode but I have never really felt rushed during the practice exams so not worried as much about time plus I feel i learn better when i can immediately see why i am right or wrong and read the explanation right then. It helps me with memorization.

I’m scoring 58-68% in mixed sets, but my last 5 sets have all been over 60%.

FWIW, I’m in a 260 JX and generally stronger at writing, but have been able to make some decent jumps on the MBE this past week.

I’ve scored in the 70s only in torts single sets - I think the people on here are multi-choice geniuses - wish I could say the same!

I am still in the 60-65 range so I am slamming MBEs till test day. I have lean sheets as well to help with the MEE but need to do major memorization with the non MBE subjects...I need a 268 to pass in my state and the MBE is worth 50% :|

I've been getting 4s for MEE essays and 65-70% on MBE PQs. What should I focus on until test day? My jx is 50% MBE

I'm scoring 66%-72%. Glad to see I'm not alone. I have now shifted to non MBEs pretty exclusively through Monday night --> also glad to see I'm not the only one.

Feels like I'm learning these non MBEs for the first time.

Same here! I am four years out of law school as well so I am  Not that we should bank on these, but I looked at JD Advising MEE predictions (Corp, Agency, Wills/Trusts, Civ Pro, Con Law, maybe Property) and wishing they were more like Crim Pro, Torts, Family Law/Conflicts, and Con Law lol.

I need to get my MBEs up in your range though

I am 60-70 on MBE with the occasional slip below 60. Really hope I can pull it off this time. I am taking Ohio, don't think anyone else on here is taking ohio.

My last 5 mixed sets (sets 8-12) have been 80%, 80%, 64%, 80%, 64%. This variance is bugging me. I don't like the feast or famine nature of these scores. I would love to average like 74% and call it the day...

What subjects do you all think will pop up on the MEE (and your reasoning, if not a pure guess)?

Are any of you focusing your time on memorization on any certain subjects more than others? Since I am pressed for time my goal (other than memorization) is to issue spot my way through as many practice MEEs as possible.

I've been doing my mixed sets in test mode, averaging around 65%. It's making me a little nervous b/c I was averaging high 60's/low 70's in earlier sets but haven't scored as highly for a while now... I'm hoping it's because Themis is giving me harder questions b/c I'll usually score poorly in two subject areas per set and it's inconsistent which subject area (w/ the exception of civ pro haha...)

Yes, to above. EXACTLY my situation. I will score horrible on crim and crim pro, even though I usually do well. Unusually well on my worst, evidence or civ pro. Then the next set another two subjects I will get wrecked. Must be their set up. Cycle two subjects a set where they will test you on really obscure or harder than normal questions.

I've been following this thread for a little while, but besides that the last time I was active on here was November of 2015 during 1L.

Decided to log in just to say thank you because I found that hysterical and NO ONE ELSE HAS SEEN I LOVE YOU MAN apparently, if my friends here are any indication. Favorite quote of the movie for some reason.

Just did these sample 21 questions directly from NCBE website. Not sure if any of you don't know about it but can get them done in 38 mins.

Are adaptibar questions generally harder than Themis questions? This scares me because adiptibar questions are mostly all past bar questions, right?

No way, I thought it was the other way around--as in 100% of the Adaptibar Qs are licensed NCBE questions.

fuck these mixed sets are getting harder. I guess I used up all of my easy MBE questions in the first 12 sets. Either that or I'm forgetting shit as I try to memorize these stupid essay topics.

This is gonna do wonders for my confidence before the exam.

How'd you do on them? I only got 14/21.

I just took 12 and got a 68%. I will let you know tomorrow how I do on 13 to see how much harder.

I only got a 13/21. Yikes.

The fact patterns seem easier to get through but some of the concepts I just didn't off the top of my head know if that makes sense.

18 really pissed me off. I analyzed every step from divisible portions of the contract, to goods vs. service, to SoF.... and the answer is fair and equitable? Apparently I have to go over contracts more.

Joint Tenancy Question:

- 3 brothers each get 1/3 as Joint Tenants.
- Middle brother gives interest to Older brother.
- Then, Younger brother dies, leaving everything to his daughter.

I thought the transfer from Middle to Older severed the JT, so it would be: Older 2/3, Younger 1/3 as Tenants in Common --> Younger's interest goes to his daughter.

But, the question said the transfer from Middle to Older made it: Older 1/3 as JT + 1/3 as TIC, and Younger 1/3 JT --> Younger's interest goes to Older, who now owns property in FSA.

Did I miss something? This seems totally wrong.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
