Has anyone here ever used one? Any thoughts and/or recommendations?

You won't need one. Just watch the free Barbri video lectures, fill in the blanks on the outlines, review the long outlines, and do several practice tests.

Shouldn't take more than two weeks of prep.

You really don’t need one.
Read the long outlines, practice Barbri’s and Kaplan’s questions and that’s it.

You really don't need one. Kaplan, Barbri and Themis all offer MPRE study material.
