Someone tell me it's dumb to try to pick apart my essay section score.

I can't math. Is there a basic formula where I can plug in my MBE to see the overall score of the other sections? MBE is 40%, so I just multiply the score by what?

Yeah, I don’t see the need for it. I’m taking the July bar for Ca and I still have to pay again for exam software despite having already downloaded the ILG software.

On a side note, apparently the bar fail rate was the highest ever recorded. Definitely felt like some of the essays were trickier this year. Hope the passage rate is higher in July.

There's no way to get our essays back, right? I was able to with another state's test, but am not seeing anything here.

I got my results and failed the exam. My total score was 606. I just feel terrible and really need some help. I have mentioned my scores below and would really appreciate your insights as to how to improve in all the sections. I have only been using second hand barbri books and nothing more. Is there any other material to substitute for MBE preparation and Texas Essays. I thought the barbri Texas essays material was not that great as they just copied all the sample answers instead of breaking it down. Also its my mistake that I did not do enough MBE questions and I shall really work on it this time. Passers please guide as to how you prepared for the exam. Thank you
