The February 2013 UBE CivPro hypo was legitimately 100% about claim and issue preclusion. I could probably dance my way around the claim preclusion bit, but the issue preclusion would be the death of me.
Anybody else in this boat?
Am I the only person who would be completely hosed if there's an essay question over claim/issue preclusion? Forum
