I'm so glad to hear I'm not the only one who's struggling to fit it all in.

Oh yeah, I've not done a single full essay (though I did watch the MEE/MPT lectures and followed along with their examples). TBH, I haven't found a ton of value in the essay/pt videos - whereas I have made a lot of strides from the MBE content. The writing videos spend a lot of time on things like "Do IRAC" and "Use Headers." So while obviously I need to practice the essays, I've been more concerned with catching up on MBE content for now, and am actually making progress on that at least.

I still have no clue what I'm doing at first blush on any essay for a new subject, anyone else feeling this way? I also am kinda freaking out since I have no clue about Property at all...

I'm at 100%, but I'm skipping things like Reviewing BarNotes after lectures, etc. I do all the quizzes, flashcards, and MBE questions, and attempt the essays, but sometimes I'm have so few of the rule analyses committed to memory that I end up just having to read through the sample outlines and sample answers.

Yeah, I've glanced over a few of them. Nothing too extraordinary--basically just another way to help memorize the rules and gauge your understanding.

81% currently, should move up a bit before the end of the day. That said, as I've mentioned already I'm not putting full effort into several of the tasks (mostly those quick sheets, I stopped doing them after contracts) so the 81% is probably inflated, but I've been focusing more heavily on MBE while I try to catch up.

Same here at 84%

Still plenty of time. Out of curiosity do they just give you that "flat" grade, or do they actually give you substantive feedback?

Some of my feedback has been more thorough than others, but in one instance it was highly marked up, which I think could be useful once I actually know what the f*** I'm writing about.

A full feedback and an IRAC grid very useful to study the rules applied.

Cool thanks!

The level of response is directly related to my self motivation to actually submit some essays (if it was just a grade and nothing else, I am fully capable of saying I don't demonstrate competency  ).

The essays are making me really anxious. I went to write my first one, but ended up just reading the model answer instead. I really need to start practicing them.

The MBE prep sucks but its fine. Watch lecture, take notes, do questions, rinse and repeat.

Finally hit 75% percent completion today. Was hoping to have caught up this weekend, but better than nothing.

I'm at 91% but I've marked "completed" for all of the Quicknotes stuff without actually doing them (except for Crim and Crim Pro). Also my essays suck. I do them, look at the model answer, go "Cool, they look the same but I feel like I put in more detail," submit essay, and get back 50-55%. :[

I opened up a property one, sat there reading it a few times, and gave up.

Did you receive the email re midterm? I cannot take it on Friday, possibly Saturday. They said we should have completed at least 6 essays per subject by test day  I only wrote 2 overall...

I think by test day, they mean July 24th for the real BAR. Yea I really need to do the essays and to do the quick sheet thing to start memorizing. I've literally only been watching lectures and doing MBE questions.

I also can't take it by Friday because I'm 2 days behind. Trying to set Sunday aside to do the exam.
