What are the biggest things you learned from the final exam? I didn't get a chance to do it and it's making me nervous how much emphasis Kaplan is putting on it.

Go through the slides. The biggest things are there.

How did your NCBE scores compare to your Kaplan scores? Mine were very similar, which is a little disappointing because I was hoping Kaplan was harder than the real thing.

21 questions is also a very small sample size compared to 1800 or so.

Mine were a bit higher but I was very slowed down by the answer choices because they are phrased a lot different (a little more nuanced) from the one Kaplan provided. Not to worry though, like you said, it's only 21 questions. Bet you won't get those answers wrong on Wednesday, so that's a plus.

Can't do anything tonight, too tired. I'll probably go through the slides from the final if I feel like it later.
I'm just happy that the MEE is over and I was able to write down something. Completely bullshitted the civ pro/conflict and wills.

I mean, in all fairness, conflict of laws is 90% bs

relax tonight. have a beer and a slice of pizza. or whatever you like. glance at some MBE notes in the morning to jog your memory.

Maybe like a 10 question set just to refresh your mind on mbe questions, I would not go to hard.

As for the test. Feel good about the MPT and 3-4 of the essays. That mega wills question can fuck right off.

I'll do the sample questions from the NCBE, cause I haven't looked at them yet, but otherwise taking it easy.

I think my MPTs were good enough to balance out my totally made up secured transaction/conflicts MEEs and the other answers I half-assed when that that wills question zapped all my time.

I'm a dumb. where are these ncbe questions to be found?

props to examsoft for crashing on me in the middle of wills. like, I was already pretty clueless on it, and then had to get all flustered from the crash

Read over the final's slides and did 10 questions, hardest part is going to be getting some decent sleep
