Mm yeah not even sure where third degree murder went? I just went with first with transferred. Haha who the heck knows. Everyone screwed up different things I'm sure.

I am curious what people who took Barbri for the MBE thought of the MBE. I thought, for the most part, that it was easier than Barbri's questions, but that makes me nervous too. I took the MBE and passed when I took the Florida and New Jersey Bars in 2011 and I also thought the MBE was harder back then.

I felt like I was torn between two answers on more than 75% of the exam. What is the minimum passing scaled score needed?

I don't believe there is one in PA. I think as long as you get to 272 after all of your scores are averaged, that's all they care about.

If anyone wants to relive the horror, the BOLE has now posted the PT and essay questions on the website.

Me too :/

Last year, results were released on 10/9 (a Sunday), and in 2015, also on 10/9 (a Friday). It seems like day of the week doesn't matter to the BOLE. This year 10/9 falls on a long weekend though... but I'm hoping there's still a chance we get news between 10/6 and 10/10.

Last Year they were released on 10-7, a Friday, at 4pm. We got a email on Tuesday or Wednesday telling us that they would be released at that time. From my understanding it is always a Friday.

Oh. My bad. I got that info from another post without checking myself. Good to know it's always a Friday though.

Does that mean there's a chance they could be released this Friday, the 6th?

If I were a betting man I would wager that this Friday seems possible. If it is going to be friday, you will likely receive a email tomorrow letting you know that it will be friday. If they are on pace with last years exam it should be this week. If by some chance its not Friday I would assume next Friday you will get them.

I feel slightly ill just from waiting for the "heads up" email. My attempt to distract myself by Fall Cleaning resulted in the discovery of No.2 pencils. I literally had a dream recently that I failed Day 1 because I used the wrong pencil. Time to find another distraction.

Anyone know what time the e-mail generally goes out stating the date/time when results should be expected to be posted?

If you go to the BOLE website now, there is a pop-up indicating results will be released this Friday, October 6, after 1 PM.

Yeah, I just got the email. Friday after 1 pm. So there's zero chance I will be able to think of anything else between now and then.

Has anyone received anything regarding character and fitness since the exam?

I did. They requested my driving record and three letters of recommendation from three attorneys, since I am a solo practitioner.

I was asked to provide my MPRE score, which I didn't get until September. I like to delude myself into believing that them asking for that is an indication that I passed, even though I'm sure they ask everyone who has stuff missing.

I also was contacted by Character and Fitness, mid-August.

I was trying to discern some indication from C&F contacts as well. I haven't heard anything, and I expected to. However, I was very thorough with what I submitted, and got everything to them in April. I wasn't missing any of the materials that other people on here have said they were missing. So, I cautiously optimistic that they simply don't need anything else from me.

On the other hand, I'm partly expecting to fail, too. I switch from a UBE jurisdiction to PA the first or second week of June, so I didn't have as much time with the review materials as I would have preferred, and I was literally catching my head from hitting the table because I was falling asleep between MBE questions on day 2. Not good.

This is so stressful waiting for tomorrow. I'm finding it exceedingly difficult to distract myself
